Blackwood

Blackwood is a magnificent, long-lived timber tree that can grow from 10 to over 20 meters tall depending on rainfall, forming a dense, rounded canopy. It features tough, dark green leaves and pale cream flower balls in spring, and it is highly prized for its beautiful, high-quality furniture wood. It is an excellent, deep-shade tree for large gardens or parks, tolerating both wet conditions and moderate drought.
