Spotted Gum

The Spotted Gum is an iconic, exceptionally tall native timber tree growing well past 3 meters, frequently reaching 15 to 30 meters in garden and park settings. It is widely recognized for its extraordinarily beautiful bark, which continuously sheds in irregular patches to leave a smooth, mottled mosaic of cream, pink, grey, and blue-green craters. It is heavily utilized for establishing large-scale acreage boundaries, windbreaks, and erosion control due to its extreme drought and wind tolerance.
