Grey Parrot-pea

The Grey Parrot-pea is a charming, slender native shrub growing between 50cm and 1 meter high, named for its fine, crowded, grey-green needle leaves that give the plant a soft, misty texture. In spring, it puts on a spectacular, highly vibrant display as the tips of its branches become tightly packed with bright yellow and copper-red pea-shaped flowers. It loves well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade, serving as a gorgeous color injector for native borders.
