Nodding Saltbush

The Nodding Saltbush is a rugged, highly adaptable scrambling groundcover that remains well under 20cm in height but spreads widely to blanket bare soil. It features small, fleshy green foliage and produces an abundance of tiny, nodding, bright orange-to-scarlet berries that hang elegantly from the fine stems to feed local wildlife. It handles severe drought, heavy frost, and nutrient-poor soils with ease, making it a fantastic choice for low-maintenance understory planting or rockeries.
