'Cerise' Spotted Emu Bush

Cerise is a highly robust, heavily branched native shrub that grows into a neat, dense mound between 1.5 and 2 meters high. It features dark green foliage and puts on a breathtaking seasonal show, producing large numbers of curved, tubular flowers in an intensely vibrant, glowing cerise-pink color from winter into spring. It is exceptionally drought and frost-hardy, thriving in tough clay or sandy soils, and makes an eye-catching standalone feature or medium hedge.
