Salmon-pink Desert Emu Bush

The salmon-pink form of this incredibly tough desert shrub grows into a dense, multi-stemmed upright bush between 1.5 and 2.5 meters high. It features stiff, linear, silvery-grey foliage covered in tiny hairs that help it withstand intense sun and wind, complemented by a gorgeous display of tubular, dusky salmon-pink flowers through winter and spring. It is highly drought-tolerant and handles heavy clay and frost, creating an excellent low-maintenance medium hedge or privacy screen.
