Gungurru

The Gungurru is an exquisitely beautiful, small mallee eucalypt growing into a delicate, open frame about 3 to 5 meters tall. It features highly decorative, smooth reddish-brown bark that continuously peels away in small curls, and its weeping branches are heavily coated in a striking, powdery-white waxy bloom. In winter, it bears beautiful clusters of large, bell-shaped silvery buds that open into showy pinkish-red flowers, making it a magnificent structural focal plant for sun-baked garden beds.
