Round-leaved Moort

The Round-leaved Moort is a fast-growing, exceptionally dense small native tree growing 4 to 7 meters tall, forming a thick, low-branching canopy that extends horizontally. It features smooth, reddish-brown bark and thick, fleshy, olive-green circular leaves, bearing tight clusters of greenish-yellow flowers in spring and summer. Its tight, bushy habit makes it one of the absolute best native plants for establishing a quick, thick windbreak or privacy screen in tough clay soils.
