Wilson's Honey-myrtle / Violet Honey-myrtle

Wilson's Honey-myrtle is a robust, heavily branched native shrub growing 1.5 to 2.5 meters high, featuring narrow, pointed green leaves along arching stems. From winter into spring, it provides a striking visual display as its branches become completely wrapped in dense, stem-hugging clusters of bright magenta-pink to purplish flowers that draw in native birds. It is exceptionally drought-hardy and makes a wonderful privacy screen.
