Creeping Boobialla (Broad-leaf Pink)

This highly popular native groundcover forms a thick, succulent-like prostrate mat less than 10cm in height but spreads widely up to 1.5 to 2 meters across. It features thick, broad green leaves along creeping stems, completely blanketing the soil to suppress weeds, topped with a heavy spring display of star-shaped soft pink flowers. It acts as an elite fire-retardant living mulch for binding banks or spilling out of large pots.
