Long-leaf Waxflower

The Long-leaf Waxflower is a robust, heavily branched native evergreen shrub reaching a height of 1.5 to 2 meters. It features clean, leathery dark-green lance-shaped foliage that is packed with oil glands, releasing a powerful, crisp apple-citrus aroma when crushed. In winter and spring, it puts on a spectacular display, completely smothering its canopy in an absolute mass of pink buds that open into pure-white, waxy star-shaped flowers.
